Goals & Reporting

In complying with the referenced regulations, the Airport Authority sets triennial DBE and ACDBE overall goals. The current 3-Year DBE goal is as follows:

• WCAA 3-Year DBE Goal for FY 2023 – 2025
• WCAA 3 Year (2024 - 2026) Car Rental ACDBE Goal
• WCAA 3 Year (2024 - 2026) Non-Car Rental ACDBE Goal

Participation for DBE and ACDBE contracts must be reported to the Wayne County Airport Authority through the following reporting documents:

• DBE Monthly Progress Report (Professional Services)
• ACDBE Monthly Participation Report (Concessionaire)
• ACDBE Monthly Participation Report (Concessionaire) Instructions
• ACDBE Monthly Participation Report (Management)
