International travelers may want to look into a convenient new initiative offered by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Arriving passengers with machine-readable passports who qualify for the Global Entry program would be able to skip the passport inspection line and use a kiosk featuring biometric verification. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee and an in-person interview required. We are happy to welcome this new convenience to Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
