The Part 150 Noise Compatibility Study Update is being conducted under the direction of the Wayne County Airport Authority in conjunction with members of the Study Advisory Committee (SAC). The SAC is comprised of representatives of local and regional governments and agencies, the Federal Aviation Administration, airport staff and airport users.

Barnard Dunkelberg & Company, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Denver, Colorado is the prime consultant for the development of the Part 150 Study.
